Pet Policy
Our pet policy includes the following guidelines:
- No aggressive breeds allowed.
- Pets must not exceed 35 pounds full grown.
- Maximum of two pets per dwelling.
- Pets must be current on all shots with records provided.
- Non-refundable pet fee: $250.
- Refundable pet deposit: $250.
- Pet rent: $20 per month, per pet.
